Managerial Intelligence (MI), Project Success (PS), participative leadership style (PLS), and Directive Leadership Style (DLS).

Researchers recently have paid more attention to project success (PS). Yet, various projects keep failing. The current study investigates the impact of leaders’ managerial intelligence (MI) capabilities on project success (PS). Additionally, the study investigates the moderation role of participative and directive leadership styles (PLS, SLS) in this relationship. The current study is targeting public corporations in Jordan. A questionnaire survey was used in collecting the data, whereas data were collected from 216 to-level managers. The results propose that MI contributes significantly to PS. Moreover, SLS was found to moderate the relationship between MI and PS.
